Mobile DVR (Network Connection)

The BUS-WATCH® Play back application can be used to view video currently stored on a

BUS-WATCH® Mobile DVR through an active network connection between the DVR and the

host PC.

To access video stored on a BUS-WATCH® Mobile DVR using the BUS-WATCH® Play back

application, the target DVR network settings must be properly configured, an active network

connection between the host PC and the DVR must exist, and the DVR must be powered on.

Prior to directly accessing an available network-connected BUS-WATCH® Mobile DVR, the

network settings of the target DVR must be properly configured, and a matching entry must be

created using the Device Setup function of the DVR Remote Management System software.

Please see the BUS-WATCH® Mobile DVR Hardware Manual for information on configuring

the network settings of the DVR, if necessary. Please see the section DVR Remote Management

System > Setup in this document for details on creating a matching entry for the target DVR

using Device Setup.

A network connection between the BUS-WATCH® Mobile DVR and host PC can be

established through a larger network that could potentially include both wired and wireless links.
